Terms of Service
Last updated 14 September 2026
These terms govern use of Ordder.io by a business (“you”). Ordder.io is operated by MahiSys (OPC) Private Limited (“MahiSys”, “we”, “us”). Ordder.io is a product created and owned by MahiSys (OPC) Private Limited. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the service does
Ordder receives enquiries sent to you by your customers, interprets them, prices them from the catalogue and settings you provide, sends replies on your behalf, and raises invoices when a customer accepts. It acts as your order desk. It does not become a party to your dealings with your customers.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalogue, prices, tax settings and delivery charges. Quotes are calculated from what you enter.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for what your team does with their accounts.
- You must be a business, and entitled to sell what you list.
Quotes and invoices are yours
A quote or invoice produced by Ordder is your commercial document, issued in your name and under your GSTIN. You are responsible for its contents, for the tax treatment of your sales, and for honouring what it offers. We provide the tooling; we do not verify your pricing or your tax positions.
We recommend reviewing your catalogue and tax settings before enabling automatic replies, and the platform offers an approve-first mode if you want to check every quote before a customer sees it.
Ownership of the platform
Ordder.io is a product created and owned by MahiSys (OPC) Private Limited. All rights in the platform — its software, design, the Ordder and Ordder.io names and logos, and everything we create in operating it — remain with MahiSys (OPC) Private Limited.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own business while it is active. It does not transfer ownership of any part of it. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent out, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the platform, or remove or obscure any notice identifying who owns it.
This does not touch what is yours. Your catalogue, prices, customer data, messages and the quotes and invoices you issue remain your property, as set out above and in the Privacy Policy.
WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram: rules you must follow
Where you connect a WhatsApp number, a Facebook Page or an Instagram account, your messaging is subject to Meta’s applicable policies for that channel — the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, or the Messenger and Instagram Platform Policies — in addition to these terms. In particular:
- You must have a lawful basis to message each recipient, and opt-in where required. Do not upload or message contacts who have not agreed to hear from you.
- Free-form replies are permitted only within the messaging window Meta sets for that channel — 24 hours of the customer’s own message on WhatsApp, and Meta’s standard messaging window on Messenger and Instagram. Outside it, WhatsApp permits only templates it has approved in advance; Messenger and Instagram simply refuse the send. These are Meta’s rules, not ours, and we cannot waive them.
- No unsolicited bulk messaging. Using Ordder to send spam may cause Meta to restrict or remove your number, Page or Instagram account, which is outside our control.
- You must not use the service for anything Meta prohibits, including the sale of goods restricted by their Commerce Policy.
We may suspend a channel that puts our platform’s standing with Meta at risk. Where practical we will tell you first.
Acceptable use
You must not use Ordder to:
- send spam, or message people who have not consented;
- impersonate another business or person;
- break any applicable law, including consumer protection, tax and data protection law;
- attempt to access another client’s data, or probe, scan or overload the service.
Third-party services
Ordder connects to services you choose — WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram through Meta, accounting through Zoho Books, and others. Those services have their own terms, and their availability is not something we control. We are not liable for an outage, policy change or account action taken by a third party.
Fees
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay from the moment you subscribe — there is no free trial period. The free plan’s own limits are described in the app.
- You can cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.
- Messaging charges levied by Meta for template messages are Meta’s, and are payable as set out in your plan or billing arrangement with us.
- MahiSys (OPC) Private Limited is not currently registered for GST. No GST is charged on our fees, and we cannot issue a GST invoice for them. If we register, we will publish our GSTIN and charge GST from that date.
Availability
We work to keep Ordder available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Automated replies depend on third parties — WhatsApp, email providers, the AI provider — and any of them can fail. Where a reply cannot be delivered we retain it and retry, and surface the failure in the app rather than hiding it.
Your data
Your data remains yours. Our handling of it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or for the contents of a quote or invoice you issued.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or exposes the platform or its other clients to legal or platform-policy risk. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
