Questions people actually ask

What counts as an enquiry?: One buyer conversation, however many messages it takes. A buyer who writes eight times about the same order is one enquiry, not eight.
What are "customer search" and "lead enrichment"?: The Find Customers tool: a search finds companies matching a profile you describe, and enrichment reads each one’s own website to fill in contact details and a fit score. Both are separate from your enquiry limit — a lead you find yourself never counts as an enquiry.
What happens if I go over the limit?: Nothing is lost. New enquiries still arrive and sit in your inbox for a person to handle — the AI simply stops auto-quoting until the next cycle or an upgrade. We would rather pause a robot than drop a lead.
Is the free plan really free?: Yes, and it stays free. Three enquiries a month, one user, the same AI quoting and invoicing every plan gets — just no WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook and no Find Customers (customer search or lead enrichment). It exists so you can point Ordder at your own price list before paying anything.
Do I need a card to start?: Not for the free plan — no payment details are asked for at all. A paid plan is charged immediately on signup, at the cycle shown at checkout; there is no free trial period on any of them.
Are WhatsApp charges included?: Replies inside WhatsApp’s 24-hour window are free. Messaging a buyer after that requires an approved template, and Meta charges per message for those — that cost is theirs, not ours, and we pass it through at cost.
Can I change plan later?: Up or down, any time. Cancelling stops future billing and your account keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
